FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NEW PILOT FLIES ON OLN

TORONTO January 11, 2005 — Peace Point Entertainment Group Inc., a Toronto-based independent television producer, is pleased to announce that its newest TV show Barnstormers will debut in Canada on Friday, February 4 at 9 p.m. ET on Outdoor Life Network (OLN). The one-hour pilot episode follows the real life adventures of pilots Michelle Goodeve and Kal Mollison as they barnstorm their way across Canada in two rare antique biplanes.

Barnstormers marks the seventh series by Peace Point for OLN. Peace Point Entertainment Group President and Executive Producer Les Tomlin states, our long-term partnership with OLN continues to be exciting because they are always very open to new creative ideas that showcase Canadian ingenuity. This new pilot is one of our most unique projects to date and coincidentally is debuting during a time when the public seems to have a growing fascination with aviators as well as real-life people exploring remote places.

Actress and screenwriter Michelle Goodeve, best known as teacher Ms. Avery on the original hit TV show Degrassi, is also a long-time pilot who has flown antique airplanes since she was a teenager. Co-star Kal Mollison is a rock-star with the band SandCastle Theory, a former pilot and a longtime friend of Goodeve. Up until the pilot episode, Mollison had dropped out of flying after the traumatic Air Show death of a pilot, who was a close friend to both.

In the future coast-to-coast series, stories will unfold as Kal and Michelle land in farmers fields, unpaved back roads and even on the roofs of abandoned buildings. Dropping inliterallyon rarely visited towns and villages across the Canadian landscape, the show explores these vast open spaces and the cast of characters that inhabit them.

OLN is pleased to continue its long-standing relationship with Peace Point Productions, said Anna Stambolic, Director of OLN. Barnstormers is an entertaining and informative program, combining the thrill of aviation with the natural beauty of the Canadian landscape.
