Degrassi: The Next Generation – Announced: the next DVD set of The Next Generaton

We’ve been getting tons and tons of e-mails from our readers, and we’re happy to pass the news on to the rest of you! The official DVD website of Degrassi: The Next Generation has updated their site this week to talk about the 2nd season DVD set of the show.

June 21st is the release date for the 2nd Season “ultimate box set”, according to the front page of the site. They go on to describe the set in more detail:

Fans…your patience and devotion has paid off. Because, in less than five short months, the Ultimate Box Set for Season Two will be released.

This 4 DVD Ultimate Box Set is a must-watch for any fan of Degrassi: The Next Generation.

Additionally, next to this list at the bottom right of the front page, it says in bigger, more stylized fonts that there will be Bloopers and Deleted Scenes on this set as well. Furthermore, the first 20,000 sets produced will be packaged with a special item: a Degrassi: The Next Generation bumper sticker.

We forgot to mention that this is for the US release of the second season. Alliance Atlantis hasn’t announced when the set will be released in Canada.
