Attention Degrassi Fans in Vancouver

Helen Polychronakos, a journalism University student in Vancouver, BC is taking a radio broadcast class. She has to produce a 3-minute radio story, and she has chosen Degrassi.

She is interested in speaking to/ corresponding with a few Degrassi fans in the Greater Vancouver Area.
She is particularly interested because:
1) She was a huge Degrassi fan
2) She feels that Degrassi is so Canadian and yet people around the world watch it and love it, so she thinks it’s a part of our heritage. She feels it was more “real” because it’s not as glossy as Beverly Hills 90210.
3) she thinks it represented a symbol of “our generation”
