Schuyler is the executive producer of “Degrassi: The Next Generation.”
The series follows the lives of teens growing up on their journey through school and beyond. The show is best known for its unflinching portrayal of teen life, addressing issues such as rape, homosexuality, suicide, eating disorders, drugs, school shootings, and murder.
“Degrassi” originally aired in the 1980s, and returned to television in 2001 as “Degrassi: The Next Generation” on CTV.

eTalk is offering Degrassi fans in the Toronto area a chance to be a part of the live studio audience for this exciting tribute.
Tickets are free, however requests for tickets must made in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1-866-460-4797. Audience members are asked to check in at 2:30 p.m. at the front doors of 299 Queen St. West on the day of the event.
Season seven of “Degrassi: The Next Generation” recently wrapped up on CTV, and production of season eight is currently underway in Toronto.
