Degrassi: The Next Generation moves to new day and time.

Degrassi: The Next Generation moves to a new day, Mondays at 8:30 p.m. ET beginning Jan. 26 on CTV (check local listings). The move pairs Degrassi with this seasons hit The OC, which follows at 9 p.m. ET.

The Jan. 26 episode marks the first of a two-part special episode entitled Accidents Will Happen, as Manny (Cassie Steele) is forced to make one of the biggest decisions of her life.

In part one, Manny is determined to lead her gymnastics team to gold, but finds herself dealing more with her queasy stomach than her competitive flare. When her nausea continues, she fears that she may be living out every teenage girls worst nightmare. One night of unprotected sex with Craig (Jake Epstein) may be turning into a situation with life-long consequences. A conflicted Manny deals with her emotions by turning to Emmas mother, Spike (Amanda Stepto), the one person she knows who has faced a similar situation. With Emma (Miriam McDonald) and Spikes support, Manny musters up enough courage to tell Craig, who receives the news surprisingly well.

In part two (Mon., Feb. 2), Manny and Craig work together to try to figure out the best solution to their situation. The two discuss and consider the possibility of creating an idealistic family situation — a mother, a father and a baby living happily ever after. However, after their disastrous attempt at caring for Spikes baby Jack for one evening, reality sets in and Manny realizes that being a mother at such a young age may not be for her. She is overwhelmed with questions – should she keep this baby? Does she want to?
